Training a horse isn’t all about getting her to do tricks to amuse your friends. It also isn’t about teaching her intricate moves or jumps. It is about getting her to relate to you in a friendly, mutually trusting, and most importantly, safe way. Is Horse Teaching Really As Hard As I Hear?

Horse teaching is one of the fastest growing equestrian careers for many reasons. First of all, training a horse is virtually impossible for anyone new at it. They may think you can train a horse like a dog, but you can’t. A horse is much smarter, much larger, and less trusting. They may think you can train a horse like a child, but you can’t.
